Olivado Ltd has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Olivado Ltd will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Olivado for any transactions through this website.
All prices displayed on our website are in GB Pounds and exclude VAT.
Olivado UK use Stripe for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information.
Delivery / Shipping
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders received within 5 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.
We use Whistl for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is included in all prices. We do not deliver to addresses outside of UK mainland.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
