Richard Bertinet is a Breton baker, living and baking in the UK for the last 30 years. His work has brought many acclaims including BBC Food Champion of the Year awarded for his campaign for ‘real bread’, BBC Food & Farming Awards and an array of awards for his world-renowned baking books DOUGH and CRUST which revolutionised home baking for many across the globe.
Richard bakes and teaches in Bath, Somerset, UK. He’s long been using Olivado extra virgin avocado oil in his baking, recommending us in his books and on social media.
