Avocado oil infused with garlic
In many cultures, garlic is the cure for what ails you.
Used as a home remedy for everything from high blood pressure to the common cold, garlic is a staple of cuisine around the world.
Belonging to the same family as onions, it is used in all types of cooking, with a little touch of garlic improving the flavour of everything from pasta dishes to soups.
If you find raw garlic too much, then our avocado oil infused with a touch of it is perfect. Just enough to add flavour, not enough to make your eyes water!
Avocado oil infused with rosemary
Rosemary has been a common ingredient all throughout civilisation, going back thousands of years. It’s been so ubiquitous, in fact, it has the nickname of “the herb of a thousand uses”, and it’s not difficult to see why.
A strong, beautiful fragrance, its distinctive aroma is so strong that it is used to flavour protein as it cooks, and you’ll often find rosemary stuffed inside a roast on a Sunday afternoon.
Rosemary was traditionally used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune and circulatory system, and promote hair growth. With modern medicine proving the herb is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, those old wives’ tales might be right!
Avocado oil and lemon
Lemon is a wonderful ingredient to have in the kitchen as you can use it in almost anything. Not only does lemon enhance fish, poultry and red meat, but it is a common ingredient in baking.

Basil is, of course, used to make pesto, but it can be used in a variety of dishes. It’s used a lot in Southeast Asian recipes, with the unique flavour coming from its high percentage of vitamin K (98% of your Daily Recommended Allowance!).

Similar to lemon, but with a stronger, more bitter taste, limes also aid in digestion due to the high concentration of flavonoids that help to break down the macromolecules in the food.
