Seafood Chili Dressing
¼ cup Olivado Chili-Infused avocado oil
¼ Cup Olivado Lemon-Infused avocado oil
1 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
2 tsps lime juice
Zest of ½ lime
1 clove garlic diced & crushed
Mix and shake ingredients together in a bowl. Use to barbeque scallops, snapper, crayfish or use as a dressing over and into the body cavity of a whole snapper placed in tinfoil and baked in the oven.
