Olivado’s Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is produced using an advanced cold extraction process that preserves the natural goodness of the coconut flesh without heat or chemicals. The raw white flesh of the coconut is cold pressed and the oil is centrifugally separated and filtered, producing a silky smooth oil.
A fresh creamy coconut taste and aroma – none of the oily aftertaste found in lesser oils. Use for frying, baking, and sautéing. Olivado Coconut Oil, when liquid, is clear and pure; it solidifies at temperatures below 15°C, resulting in a smooth pure white wax.
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is rich in lauric acid, also found in breast milk, which has anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties, and caprylic acid which has anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties which help reduce candida infections. Can be used at high heats to 220°C. Solid below 25°C. Do not microwave.
