Olivado’s Coconut Cooking Oil is extracted by mechanical means rather than chemical, using a low heat and then gently refined resulting in a coconut oil with a neutral flavour for all cooking and baking requirements.
The raw white pulp of the coconut is cold-pressed and the oil is centrifugally separated and filtered, producing a silky, creamy oil.
Extracted and refined without chemicals, this preserves the lauric and caprylic acids (medium-chain fatty acids) also found in breast milk. These are anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, easily digested to boost the metabolism and help the body burn fat.
