3/4 cup of Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
2-3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon equivalent each of oregano, sweet basil, rosemary, dry mustard and Worstershire Sauce (fresh herbs are preferable but dried herbs can be used if fresh produce is not available)
Salt and pepper

1. Shake the ingredients in a container until well mixed. Leave to stand overnight before use for best results.
