Nothing beats a well-seasoned and cooked piece of chicken, and this Grilled Garlic Chicken recipe from Kiwi Chef Brett McGregor will blow you away!
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey
4 cloves of garlic, crushed and sliced
4 Tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 x chicken thighs or breasts
1. Place first 5 ingredients into a shallow dish and add the chicken. Massage gently to coat in marinade. Place into fridge for at least 30mins.
2. Preheat you grill pan to med high and add a touch more oil. When hot pat the chicken dry, add to the pan and cook turning from time to time.Cook until the juices run clear and the chicken is cooked through. Baste all the time with left over marinade.
Serve with a salad and rice.
