Celebrity Chefs Get Behind Olivado
Jamie Oliver traveled half-way around the world to discover a new food oil in New Zealand and
has helped Olivado establish its award-winning avocado oil in international markets.
Oliver, who sprang to fame through the Naked Chef series has endorsed Olivado's premium quality Extra Virgin Avocado Oil worldwide.
Jamie Oliver discovered Olivado Avocado Oil during a trip down and he was immediately impressed with the taste and quality, declaring in an Australian magazine that it would become
"the next it food ingredient". He is using it in his London restaurant, Fifteen.
Christina Pirello: Emmy award winning star of
PBS TV show
"Christina Cooks"

Christina says of
Olivado:
"I
love oil. There, I have said it. But it has to be the best or I am
not interested. My love affair with olive oil is well-known and
thriving. But when I discovered Olivado Avocado Oils, I was no
longer monogamous. I had to make room in my life for another oil.
This
natural, cold pressed avocado oil is the most delicious I have
ever used. Thick, richly colored and oh, so yummy, Olivado avocado
oil has a 500o smoke point, which is the highest of any
extra virgin oil, I might add.
Cooking
and baking with this oil is like having everything cooked in
butter, without the saturated fat of dairy! It browns beautifully,
gives cakes and cookies a moist, buttery crumb and makes a great
base oil for a salad dressing.
With
lots of options to choose from…extra virgin avocado oil, infused
oils, blended oils, skin cream (glorious!) and their newest
additions, extra virgin olive oil blended with avocado and
sunflower oil, plus an enriched olive oil...Olivado offers
something for everyone. And did I mention that their macadamia nut
oil will make you swoon with delight?
And
what’s so great about monogamy with your oil anyhow?"
Christina
Pirello, the Emmy Award winning host of the national public
television series, ‘Christina Cooks,’ is an inspiring teacher
whose own journey began with one foot on a banana peel and the
other in the grave, as the saying goes. Diagnosed with a terminal
form of leukemia at the age of 26, she decided to forego medical
treatments and cured herself with a macrobiotic approach to
living. Twenty-five years and a Masters degree in nutrition later,
Christina has written 3 (hopefully 4) bestselling cookbooks,
including ‘Cooking the Whole Foods Way,’ is in her ninth
season of her award winning show and travels the world teaching
whole foods cooking classes and lifestyle seminars. With her new
book, ‘This Crazy Vegan Life’ just published, Christina
continues her work on a new level, asking people to re-think
everything they think they know about health, fitness, aging well,
preventing disease and being ‘green.’

Mirosch, executive Chef of Lurleen's, and TV chef and

"Olivado
avocado oil appears to be addictive.
From the first taste chefs
are hooked and it features in many dishes from new-fashioned salad
dressings, marinades, salsas and even refreshing sorbets. There is
a flavoured avocado oil for every use: lemon avocado oil for fish;
rosemary for lamb; bell pepper for Thai or Mexican; basil for
Italian; and, even Omega 3 enriched for those with health
issues.’
Olivado avocado oil: its cold pressed, extra virgin, has a
clean but distinctive in- flavour. It is an ideal healthy option
to boring olive oil and tasteless blends. In fact, every dish that
uses olive oil will taste better with the addition of avocado
oil.’
‘Olivado
avocado oil is a brilliantly versatile product that you want to
use more frequently.’

his London restaurant, The Providores.
"It's fantastic, a great food
product.. I'm looking forward to cooking with Olivado as
well as drizzling it, salsa-ing it, dressing it."
